Meet me

My name is Ewa.

I am a qualified therapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I work in a person-centred way, offering a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences safely.

I bring over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting clients from diverse cultural and migration backgrounds.

Alongside talking therapy, I am a sound therapy practitioner and have an interest in the connection between sound, creativity and emotional wellbeing. Where appropriate, and if it feels right for you, I may gently integrate these elements into our work.

I believe that each person is unique, and I will work with you in a way that respects your individual needs and experiences.

My Therapeutic Approach

& session type

You lead the way — together we explore what matters most to you.

- you are at the centre of the work

- you set the pace

- we focus on what feels important to you

Safe Space

I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, even with the difficult parts.

No Judgement

I will not judge or direct you, but support you in exploring your own understanding and finding your own way forward.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about therapy, my approach, and what to expect from our work together.

How do I get started?

I offer a free initial phone consultation to explore whether we are a good fit to work together. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether you would like to begin therapy.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a space to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We will also discuss practical details such as frequency and expectations.

How long are sessions?

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly. We can discuss whether weekly or fortnightly sessions feel most appropriate for you.

Do you offer short-term or long-term therapy?

I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term, open-ended therapy. The length of therapy depends on your needs and goals.

Do you offer therapy in Polish?

Yes. I offer therapy in both English and Polish. You are welcome to speak in whichever language feels most natural and comfortable for you.

Do you work with neurodivergent clients?

Yes. I have over 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and I aim to provide a respectful and affirming space.

Do you offer reduced fees?

I believe therapy should be accessible. Reduced rates are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship, including those affected by migration, displacement or resettlement.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, with the exception of situations involving serious risk of harm, which would be explained clearly at the outset.

Is therapy online or in person?

Sessions are offered online & phonecall / in person / both.

How do I book a session?

You can get in touch via the contact form on my website or by email to arrange an initial consultation.

How is my data protected?

I comply with UK GDPR and data protection regulations. Personal information is stored securely and only used for the purpose of providing therapy.

Do you work with adults only?

Yes. I offer individual therapy for adults aged 18 and over.

What are your fees and cancellation policy?

Fees are agreed in advance. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses sound, vibration and frequency to support relaxation, emotional processing and nervous system regulation. It can complement talking therapy by working with the body as well as the mind.

How do you use sound therapy in your practice?

I integrate sound therapy gently and intentionally within sessions. This may include the use of therapeutic instruments such as e.g. singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, guided sound-based relaxation, or simple grounding techniques using tone and vibration.

Sound therapy is always offered in a collaborative way and can be adjusted to suit your comfort level.

Is sound therapy used instead of talking?

No. Sound therapy can be used alongside talking therapy or as a supportive element within sessions. You are always in control of how much or how little sound-based work we include.

What can sound therapy help with?

Sound-based approaches may support:

  • Anxiety and stress regulation

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Nervous system calming

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Trauma-sensitive grounding

  • Connecting with bodily awareness

It is not a replacement for medical treatment, but it can be a supportive therapeutic tool.
