You are welcome here, just as you are.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say — a few words is enough to begin.

Together, we explore your experience at your pace, allowing things to come into clearer, kinder focus.

Everyone’s perspective is different.

You may feel unsettled or out of balance

— that feeling deserves space.

I am a professionally qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, providing therapy for adults aged 18+.
I am committed to ethical, inclusive, and professional standards of practice.
My practice is welcoming to all.

Meet me

Hi, I’m Ewa.

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your individual story.
I offer a space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to reconnect with yourself — at your own pace.

I offer a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely. My approach is person-centred and sensitive to the impact of past experiences and trauma.

I bring over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting clients from diverse cultural and migration backgrounds. I also volunteer at the Men's Wellbeing Centre, contrubuting to support around men's mental health and suicide prevention.

Alongside talking therapy, I am a sound therapy practitioner and have an interest in the connection between sound, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore patterns, strengthen your inner resources, and move towards a more grounded and fulfilling way of being.

If you feel ready, or even just curious, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you, but about understanding you.
We focus on what is happening in your present experience, while gently exploring patterns that may have developed over time.
Sessions move at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

I offer online counselling across the UK and abroad, as well as in-person sessions locally.

My Therapeutic Approach

Therapy is a space where we gently explore what matters most to you — at your pace.

My approach is person-centred. This means:

– you are at the centre of the work
– we move at a pace that feels right for you
– we focus on what feels important and meaningful in your experience

A safe and supportive space

I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, even with the parts that feel difficult or uncertain.

No judgement, no pressure

I won’t tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I will support you in exploring your own understanding and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Therapy in English and Polish

I offer therapy in both English and Polish, creating a space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.

Client Testimonials

Therapy Reviews

"Having a dedicated time and space each week just for me β€” without distractions or things I felt I should be doing instead β€” allowed me to truly explore and begin to heal. Ewa was amazing at holding that space, and I genuinely felt that I could open up. I was struggling with PTSD, depression, insomnia and social anxiety. Even though our sessions were online, I felt incredibly safe with Ewa. We had 18 sessions together, and I now feel much stronger and more confident that I can continue improving my life."

"I found Ewa to be friendly, encouraging, professional, and compassionate. I could sense that my journey resonated with her, which made me feel that she was able to empathise deeply. There were pivotal moments throughout our sessions when something Ewa said truly stopped me in my tracks and encouraged me to reflect more deeply, which was exactly what I needed. Ewa has given me meaningful insights and tools that I continue to carry with me on my journey of healing and self-love."

"What helped me most was simply feeling truly heard. Ewa has such a compassionate way of greeting me β€” I always felt so welcome. She gently helped me notice the ways I was masking my real feelings, even when I didn’t realise I was doing it. She could see through it in a way that felt safe, not confronting, and that really helped me become more honest with myself. I especially remember one or two sessions when Ewa invited me to paint a paper mask. Through that process, I discovered so many hidden feelings. It was a remarkable experience and helped me a lot."
